Job description
HRforGrowth, serving as the retained search partner, presents an Operations Manager role for a client organization seeking to optimize plant operations in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will lead Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control, drive cost reductions, implement process improvements, and ensure safety and ISO/OSHA compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client and company objectives.
