Job description
JMJ Phillip Group is recruiting a Director of Plant Operations for a well-established electrical equipment manufacturer in the San Antonio, Texas area. The role requires leading all plant operations and driving production efficiency and quality.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline and at least eight years of progressive manufacturing leadership. Experience with extrusion, welding, machining, and injection molding is highly preferred.
