Job description
MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for the Rock Hill, SC facility to lead safe, compliant, and efficient operations across manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.
You will drive Lean initiatives, supervise a diverse team, and partner with regional counterparts to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will report to the Director of Operations and will champion continuous improvement through structured problem solving and 8D/5 Whys methodologies.
