Job description
Tremco Sealants is seeking a Business Leader to manage daily production operations, ensure on-time shipping, and meet cost and quality targets in a chemical plant environment in Grand Rapids, MI.
You will lead staffing, resource planning, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive Lean practices, continuous improvement, and safe operations while maintaining compliance with SOX and ISO standards. Experience in specialty chemicals and a Bachelor's degree are required.
