Job description
X-Factor Consulting seeks a Plant Operations Director for an on-site leadership role in Bryan, Ohio. You will own the site P&L and drive operational transformation spanning safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and reliability.
You will lead from the shop floor on daily Gemba, run reviews with stakeholders, improve output and uptime, deploy lean methods, and develop supervisors while maintaining high safety and attendance standards.
