Job description
Novolex in Jackson, Tennessee seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will report to the Director of Operations and oversee salaried and hourly staff, safety, quality, and production scheduling.
The role requires a college degree in Engineering or Business, a minimum of 10 years in plant management, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost control.
