Job description
Oldcastle APG in Calverton, NY, is seeking a Site Manager to direct a fast-paced manufacturing site across shifts. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, manage capital projects, and lead a skilled team toward meeting financial and operational goals.
You will spend substantial time on the floor, implement continuous improvement, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with EH&S to ensure regulatory compliance. A strong track record in plant management is required.
