Job description
Guardian Glass in Geneva, NY is seeking an Operations Department Manager to drive safety and operational excellence in a large-scale manufacturing setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, promote a culture of One Team, and execute on strategic initiatives to improve plant performance.
You will oversee a 24/7 operation, mentor future leaders, and collaborate across maintenance, quality, engineering, development, and technical resources.
