Bayer is seeking a Digital Plant Phenotyping & Machine Learning Co-Op in Ames, IA. The role focuses on implementing advanced ML to extract actionable insights from imaging and sensor data for plant phenotyping and agricultural research.

You will work on CNN/transformer models, with access to imaging hardware, clouds, and diverse datasets. Enrollment in a relevant master’s or PhD program is required for this paid co-op.
