Plant Production Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Oberlin, OH Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryWe are hiring Plant Production Associates for a full-time, 1st shift position in Oberlin, OH. This is a hands-on role supporting plant production, order preparation, shipping, and general facility operations.This position is a great fit for dependable candidates who enjoy physical, active work and working as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesPlant and pot seedlings and plantsFill, label, organize, and move trays and productsPrepare and assemble customer orders for shipmentAttach hangers to baskets and move products using laddersMove plants and materials using cartsLoad and unload trucks and conveyor systemsLift and carry products weighing up to 20 lbs.Push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs.Assist with irrigation systems and water linesUse basic hand tools such as shovels, shears, and clippersClean and maintain work areas, buildings, and equipmentFollow all safety proceduresPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious nursery, manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or general labor experience preferredAbility to lift up to 20 lbs.Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in hot or cold temperaturesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to follow verbal and written instructionsReliable transportation and good attendancePositive attitude and willingness to workWhy Apply?$17.00/hour1st ShiftMonday–Friday7:00 AM–5:00 PMFull-time opportunityHands-on work with plants and productionOpportunities for candidates with general labor, warehouse, agricultural, nursery, or manufacturing experience
