With significant investments being made into their operations, the organization is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, making this an exciting time to join the team.Job DescriptionBuild and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedulesBalance machine capacity, labor availability, materials, and customer prioritiesCoordinate production flow across printing, converting, and shipping operationsAdjust schedules to address machine downtime, material shortages, and rush ordersPartner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery commitmentsAnalyze bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiencyMaintain ERP data, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
