Job description
Confidential in Indiana/South Bend is seeking a QA Manager at the plant to lead quality strategies and ensure product safety and conformance with regulatory and customer requirements. This 100% onsite role partners with plant and divisional leadership.
Responsibilities include directing vendor quality programs, addressing customer complaints through root cause analysis, and driving food safety initiatives across HACCP, GMPs, recall, and sanitation programs.
