Job description
Novelis Ashville is seeking a Reliability Engineer to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering to identify issues and implement lasting improvements across coating lines, processing equipment, and utilities.
You will lead RCA, optimize maintenance programs, analyze downtime data, and drive KPI tracking for MTBF and availability while maintaining safety and quality standards.
