Job description
Leprino seeks a Plant Industrial Safety Leader at our Allendale facility to drive safety and health programs, reducing risk and injuries across plant operations. You will partner with plant leadership, Corporate Safety, and regulators to strengthen practices and involve employees in safety initiatives.
The role covers OSHA compliance, risk assessment, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of safety measures across processes and equipment changes.
