Job description
CSL Plasma in Aston Township, PA is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs.
You will report to the Center Manager and work with group leaders to minimize donor wait times, manage staffing, and uphold health and safety standards.
The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.
