Job description
BioLife Plasma Services in Spring, TX is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee production-area staff and ensure donor care quality. You will report to the Center Manager, supervise performance and scheduling, and lead inventory control and operational efforts.
The role involves resolving donor concerns, analyzing non-conforming events, performing Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing tasks, and fostering teamwork while maintaining safety and compliance.
