n nResponsibilities
nMayo Clinic's Division of Plastic Surgery is seeking a board eligible/board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our growing division of 15 Plastic Surgeons at the Rochester, MN campus. Qualified candidates will be board-certified/board-eligible in plastic surgery and have fellowship training or strong background and interest in adult craniofacial surgery, facial reanimation surgery, facial aesthetics, and complex reconstruction.
nThis surgeon will have the opportunity to develop a broad practice encompassing adult craniofacial surgery, facial trauma, facial nerve and facial reanimation surgery, facial aesthetic surgery, microsurgical reconstruction, and general plastic and reconstructive surgery.
nAs Mayo Clinic is a three-shield institution that focuses on patient care, education and research, successful candidates should possess excellent clinical skills and a track record in research and teaching. The Division has a robust integrated plastic surgery residency and the candidate will be fully involved in educating and training residents and will have excellent opportunities for research.

nThe minimum starting salary for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
