Manufacturing Technician – 1st ShiftEast Mesa, AZ Schedule: 4AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday Pay: $21/hour Contract through 2026OverviewA leading plastic manufacturing facility in East Mesa is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join the 1st shift team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficiently.Load small plastic materials into machines and ensure consistent material flow.Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.Assist with basic assembly and support other production tasks as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
