Des Moines Plastic Surgery is a successful, busy, and well-established 100% Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Practice looking for the right BC/BE Plastic Surgeon. A surgeon who is the right fit will have a passion for aesthetics, value a positive and drama-free culture, and appreciate a professional team focused on the patient experience and excellent outcomes. The ideal candidate is proficient in face, breast, and body cosmetic surgeries. The practice alongside a very successful medspa offers nonsurgical treatments such as Laser Lift, SmartLipo, fat reduction, skin tightening, injectables, laser resurfacing, wellness, HRT, peptides and more.
Our medspa, Coachlight Clinic & Spa, is one of the largest and most experienced team in the Midwest. We offer anything and everything nonsurgical at Coachlight. This is a great built-in referral network with over 20 providers and 2 locations ensuring patient flow from day 1.

Requirements
A degree in medicine and a medical license in the state of Iowa
Board certified or board eligible in Plastic Surgery
Aesthetic fellowship desired but not required
Excellent surgical skills with a strong passion for cosmetic surgery procedures with proficiency in the face, breast and body.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and impeccable bedside manner
Ready to be busy on day one and sincere desire for long term partnership.
