Hourly Rate: $255.08
Call Stipend: Additional stipend for Call responsibilities.

Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
Required: BC/BE Plastic Surgery
Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
