You will guide patients through the decision-making process, build trust, and help drive the practice's growth in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.Prior consultative-sales experience in a plastic surgery practice, with a focus on appointment conversion and patient relationship building.Excellent phone and in-person communication skills, able to present procedures, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently.Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly performance or production goals in a high-volume setting.Professional demeanor, strong empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive patient information and financial conversations.Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and clinical staff, understanding the medical context while remaining focused on patient experience and case progression.Proficiency with EMR, practice-management systems, and CRM tools to track patients, follow-up, and support the sales and scheduling workflow.Houston's surrounding area offers abundant recreation, including parks, fitness centers, and access to lakes and trails for year-round outdoor activity.
