Job description
A growing, locally governed healthcare system located on the South Carolina Coast between Savannah and Charleston has an opening for an experienced Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant to provide care in both the clinic and operative setting . This role blends patient-facing care with surgical support, offering a dynamic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative surgical team.
nnKey Responsibilities:
nnConduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
nEvaluate patients’ medical and physical status
nDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans
nAssist in surgical procedures and provide perioperative support
nDocument care accurately in the medical record
nPrescribe and dispense medications in accordance with state regulations and supervisory guidelines

n nQualifications:
nnNCCPA Certification
nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
nExperience in plastic surgery or another surgical specialty
