Facial Plastic Surgeon Job Opening in Boca Raton, Florida Job#
A multi-location aesthetic surgery group on Florida's eastern coast is seeking a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for one of its accredited surgical centers. The surgeon will perform facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty in on-site operating rooms while serving as medical director over clinical quality, safety standards, and the surgical team. The role includes a competitive compensation package built on base salary, commission, and equity participation, plus PTO and a matched 401(k).
Qualifications Established experience in facial aesthetic surgery, including rhinoplasty
Board certification in facial plastic surgery or plastic surgery
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
Leadership ability to guide clinical quality and safety programs
Familiarity with accredited office-based operating room standards
Polished communication and patient-experience focus
Location Fort Lauderdale pairs long stretches of beach with hundreds of miles of waterways for boating. Housing spans waterfront homes, downtown condos, and quiet inland neighborhoods. Good schools, nearby universities, and marine, tourism, and healthcare jobs offer broad opportunity.
