Job description
Job TitleGeneral Responsibilities:Ensuring that all product meets the requirements as put forth by the customer.Specific Functions:Receive work instructions at the beginning of the shift from the Shift CoordinatorVerify that all equipment for the assigned tasks is at the machinePerform assigned tasks and inspect product specified by the SupervisorMaintains shop cleanliness and ensures all 5S items are present and placed accordinglyResponsible for the inspection of assigned product and recording of defect, and quantity of scrapResponsible for weigh counting finished productComply with all applicable procedures and work instructionsReport nonconforming issues to Supervisor or MQTPerform other duties as set forth by the SupervisorQualifications:Read, write, and understand EnglishHigh school diploma or GEDFlexibility to work overtime and weekendsGood safety recordExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to see and identify small defectsAbility to lift up to 45 lbs
