You'll be:Operating high-speed automated assembly and injection molding equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to AIB, SQF, and GMP guidelinesLoading and maintaining raw materials for assembly machines and injection molding operationsPerforming daily and weekly Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) tasks and light TPM maintenance on equipmentReplenishing raw material stock to support continuous productionOffloading and packaging finished products according to quality standardsParticipating in departmental continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining clean and organized work areasPerforming other duties as assigned, reporting to the Department SupervisorThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have at least 1 year of experience operating automated manufacturing equipment (required)Possess mechanical aptitude and can perform basic troubleshooting on equipmentHave basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook for communication and documentationAre a self-starter who works efficiently with limited supervisionAre available to work holidaysCan follow production schedules and department proceduresAre physically able to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift (must be able to lift and pull at least 50 pounds)Can perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environmentOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
