What You'll Do: Plate Fitter
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Lay out and fit steel components
Operate fabrication equipment
Perform quality checks
Maintain a clean work area
Preferred Candidate Might:
2+ years fitting structural steel
Proficient in reading blueprints
Experience with oxy-fuel cutting
Knowledge of welding symbols
Strong attention to detail
