BRMi is seeking an experienced Platform Design Systems Lead to guide design-system governance and adoption for a major digital product platform. The role emphasizes platform-level strategy, documentation, and enablement across design, engineering, product, accessibility, and enterprise teams.
You will drive platform standards, tokens, and patterns while coordinating with enterprise partners to ensure accessible, scalable, and high-quality experiences. Hybrid work in VA/FL locations involved.
