Job description
GreatAmerica seeks a Principal Engineering Leader to guide a team of Platform Administrators responsible for our Salesforce-based enterprise platforms. You will shape platform strategy, own end-to-end delivery, and ensure security, compliance, and performance across key systems.
You will partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, lead agile ceremonies, and drive innovation while maintaining governance and change control.
