Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director within our Digital Channels team to lead a strategic, enterprise-scale content platform. You will own vision, roadmap, governance, and KPIs, partnering across technology, experience, data, and architecture to scale capabilities and accelerate delivery.
You will lead a ~15–20 member product team, drive modernization, and establish repeatable patterns for rapid, high-quality publishing with strong security, privacy, and compliance controls.
