Medallia, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the omnichannel signal collection platform, the engine powering Fortune 100 customer feedback programs. You will own systems that drive real-time feedback delivery and insights across channels.
Responsibilities include unifying survey engines, planning next‑gen roadmaps, and ensuring high‑scale operation while reducing downtime. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days in Tysons vicinity is preferred.
