Our company supports the growth and future of the Aerospace industry and is looking to add a 2nd & 3rd Shift masking positions to our team to contribute to our advancement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop basic masking and masking removal techniques using various types of tapes, dots, and plugsRacking and un-racking parts for the plating processResponsible for clocking in and out of jobs using the Company's ERP systemReading and interpreting documents such as work orders (job traveler)Verify product/part countsVisually inspect jobs and notify supervisor of any issues if necessaryAdhere to company Quality and Safety standards, policies, and procedures alwaysTo meet the needs of our customers and colleagues, you are expected to be at your desk/station and ready to work at your designated start timeCompetencies:High level attention to detail and manual dexterity is requiredDemonstrates the ability to communicate in English verbally and writtenPerform basic math skills efficiently and accurately (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Ability to solve practical process or procedural problems/issuesCritical evaluation and thinkingPreferred Education and Experience:High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Additional eligibility qualifications:Must have an acceptable criminal history background checkMust pass a drug testPhysical Demands:Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to anotherConstantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingersOccasionally operating machinery and/or power toolsConstantly communicating with others to exchange informationOccasionally moving objects up to 20 poundsRemaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periodsPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:Full time2nd shift 2:45pm-11pm (Monday thru Friday)3rd shift 11:00am-7:00am (Sunday thru Thursday)Overtime may be requiredMay be asked to work weekends with little to no noticeWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Occasionally working in high or low temperaturesThe noise level in the work environment is occasionally moderate decibelsOccasionally works in hazardous conditionsPPE may be requiredQualificationsEducation:High School or better.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
