Marvin is seeking a PLC & Automation Supervisor to lead the controls and automation function in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee PLC and HMI programming, ensure reliable operation of production equipment, and guide a small team of technicians. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing control systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, implementing safety and quality improvements, and partnering with engineering on new equipment and upgrades.
