Job description
Marvin is seeking a PLC & Automation Supervisor to lead automation reliability across our manufacturing operations. In this onsite role, you will oversee PLC and controls systems, guide a small team of technicians, and ensure safe, efficient equipment performance. Responsibilities include programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs, coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance, resolving downtime issues, and partnering with engineering on upgrades and new equipment. You’ll champion safety, documentation, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members in a people-first, collaborative environment with strong growth opportunities.
