The ideal candidate possesses at least 3-5 years' plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing needs. We are hiring for both Install and Service.Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidatesPay Range: $75,000-$200,000+ including commissionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structuresInspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve problemsPrepare cost estimatesCollect payment for services rendered when requiredFollow through on job problems and communicate issues with DispatchKeep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricingAttend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the fieldOn call rotationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years' plumbing experienceIn depth knowledge of Code requirements for the installation of Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Water Softeners, whole home Re-Pipes and Re-DrainsMechanical aptitudeExperience with Service TitanAbility to work independently and self-manageAble to adapt to new roles and responsibilitiesGeneral sales skills and aptitudeExcellent communication skillsConduct self in a professional manner at all timesProficient with technologyPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required.
