Job description
Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a skilled trade with long-term earning potential?
This is a Water Treatment Service Technician position, not a traditional plumbing apprenticeship. You will not work under a licensed plumber or earn plumbing apprenticeship hours.
Instead, you will complete a 7 week hands on training program that combines classroom learning, shop time, and field training. By the end of the program, you will have the skills and confidence to successfully install water softeners, filtration systems, and other water treatment equipment in customers’ homes, along with a clear career path for continued growth and advancement.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
Enjoy working with their hands, problem solving and working with customers
Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
Comfortable working physically and in tight spaces
Plumbing/mechanical experience is preferred but not required
Do not need a college degree
Can lift 80 lbs
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule Options
We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:
8-hour shift, 5 days per week
Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Variable start times available
On-call rotation
Overtime available
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
You will be working daily in customers' homes and businesses:
Install new water treatment systems
Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
Educate customers on system use and care
Manage service documentation
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
Safely operate a company vehicle.
Use power tools, hand tools, pipe fittings, and other equipment to install and service water treatment systems
Use plumbing training to support daily work
