Plumber - Commercial Exterior / Site Utilities - Section 3
$18 - $22 per Hour Based on Experience
Tool Allowance Program At Least 6 Months of Experience Required

Responsibilities:
Install and repair underground water, sewer, storm, and utility piping
Lay pipe (PVC, HDPE, ductile iron, copper) and set manholes, basins, valves, hydrants
Read and follow site utility plans and blueprints
Perform safe trenching, excavation, and backfilling
Maintain jobâ€'site safety and meet code/Section 3 compliance
Work with supervisors, inspectors, and field crews to complete projects on schedule
Requirements:
Experience in commercial plumbing or site utility installation
Ability to read utility drawings and grade elevations
Knowledge of trench safety, pipe lasers, and utility installation tools
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10/30 preferred
Section 3 eligibility preferred; strong safety and teamwork mindset
