This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Education RequirementsState plumbing license required, or documented military journeyman-level experience (DD214)Evidence of passing the ICC Journeyman or Master certification examNationally recognized plumbing certification preferredExperience RequirementsMinimum 3 years of plumbing experience in healthcare facilitiesBackflow Preventer Certification by the State of Florida requiredExperience with natural gas linesKnowledge of NFPA 99 healthcare facility systems preferredValid driver's license requiredJob DutiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for water, steam, waste, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRepair and maintain sinks, faucets, valves, drains, sewer lines, and restroom facilitiesService grease traps, oil/gas separators, and backflow preventersComplete preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work ordersRead and interpret architectural, mechanical, and manufacturer drawingsOrder materials and replacement parts as neededRespond to emergency service calls as requiredTrain maintenance staff on plumbing practices and proceduresFollow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety standardsMaintain accurate records and inspection reportsPhysical CapabilitiesFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbingUse hand and power tools regularlyAbility to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipmentWork indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
