Plumber I - Anheuser-Busch Houston BreweryThe Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job Responsibilities:Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workersAnticipates and responds to customer needsInspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable conditionCompletes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedureRepair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drainsReports on any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriateAdheres to Aramark safety policies and proceduresQualifications:1-4 years' experience and knowledge in repair and general maintenance of plumbing requiredDemonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standingThis role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)About Aramark:Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
