Job description
Experienced PlumberOur client is seeking an experienced Plumber to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems across campus facilities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of academic, residential, and administrative buildings.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipingInstall and replace plumbing equipment including sinks, toilets, water heaters, valves, and pumpsRespond to plumbing-related work orders and emergency service requestsConduct preventative maintenance inspections of campus plumbing systemsIdentify leaks, blockages, and system deficiencies and recommend solutionsMaintain compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulationsDocument repairs and maintenance activitiesQualifications:3-5+ years of commercial, institutional, or facilities plumbing experienceStrong troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience reading blueprints and schematics preferredKnowledge of plumbing codes and safety standardsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksJourneyman license preferred but not required
