Plumber Residential Service - SIGN ON BONUS

Compensation: $25-$45 per hour + overtime + spiffs. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through overtime and incentive opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Install water heaters, fixtures, well pumps, and water treatment systems
Complete re-pipe and remodeling projects
Deliver outstanding customer service
Mentor apprentices and less-experienced technicians
Maintain accurate job documentation using company-provided technology
What We Need From You:
REQUIRED: 5 + years of residential plumbing experience.
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
Service Titan trained is a plus!
Comfortable using an iPad and mobile technology to complete work orders and communicate with customers and team members.
