PlumberJoin a mission-driven team at Mercy Hospital, a 375-bed not-for-profit hospital known for compassionate care that treats the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. We're looking for a skilled plumber to help maintain the safe and efficient operation of our hospital's plumbing, piping, water, drainage, and medical gas systems.Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and related equipmentInspect and maintain water, drainage, sewer, and medical gas systemsPerform preventive maintenance and respond to plumbing service callsRepair leaks, replace worn plumbing components, and troubleshoot system issuesAssist with snow removal and operate hospital vehicles/equipment during inclement weatherJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredLicensed plumber preferredPrevious hospital plumbing experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor environmentsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skillsBe part of something meaningful.
