Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a Plumber's Helper to join our team! The selected individual will be asked to work in the new construction part of our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist Plumber during construction activities by retrieving tools, parts, and supplies from Connex to work location.
Clearing debris, protecting surfaces, and marking locations for pipe runs.
Transporting pipes, fittings, fixtures, and tools to the job site.
Keeping the work area clean and organized.
Perform manual duties such as digging trenches, placing pipe, and burying pipe.
Ability to follow directions from various supervisors
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Work in hot/cold weather
Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications:
Basic understanding of plumbing systems and building codes
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and materials
Physical strength to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the plumber
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Safety awareness and adherence to construction site safety protocols
