Join the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Team!We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Advisor to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach—educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.The job duties include:Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systemsPresent clear, honest repair and replacement options to customersEducate homeowners to help them make informed decisionsBuild trust and deliver a high-quality customer experienceMeet or exceed performance and revenue goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentAccurately document jobs, estimates, and invoicesThe minimum requirements are:Lead plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas.Must have a valid drivers license.Experience with performance based pay preferredCompensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearWe want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
