Pay increases quickly with each year of experience with our most experienced technicians earning between $85,000-$95,000 yearly while working 40 hours a week.Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid training plus continual training in our plumbing school. You'll earn while you learn the trade, and we'll guide you through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.ResponsibilitiesRoto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians utilize their skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.A plumbing service call starts with diagnosing issues and offering cost estimates to finalize the transaction.Make the necessary repairs for the customer.Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone.Collect payment and move on to the next service call.RequirementsSkills and Requirements:A valid driver's license.Effective communication skills.A mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable, but prior experience is not necessary.BenefitsAt Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
