Plumber Position at Bob Larson PlumbingPlumbers at Bob Larson Plumbing are responsible for delivering 5-star plumbing service in compliance with current plumbing codes and adhering to all company procedures for data collection and interface with our CRM.A more detailed explanation of the job requirements will be supplied if you are selected for a phone interview. We are always open to hiring individuals with no experience who are interested in becoming a plumbing apprentice in order to learn the trade.General Expectations:Report to work with a positive attitude in business casual attire or company provided polos.Prioritize workload to optimize task completion.Operate under the belief that we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.Possess a "growth mindset" and be eager to learn through training opportunities.Understand the company's Mission & Vision Statement and values, and use this as a foundation for all decisions and actions.Qualifications include:No experience necessaryActive trainee licenseExcellent customer service and communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in job performancePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50-100 poundsMust be able to tolerate outdoor conditions when necessaryMust be able to access tight crawl and attic spaces
