This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systemsInstall plumbing systems for new construction and remodeling projectsPerform inspections and preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot issues and provide effective solutionsRead and interpret blueprints and building codesEnsure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulationsMaintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good conditionCommunicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendationsComplete work orders, reports, and documentation accuratelyQualificationsProven experience as a Plumbing Technician or PlumberKnowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety proceduresStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces or at heightsValid driver’ s license with clean driving recordStrong customer service and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in both residential and commercial plumbingBackflow certificationExperience with tankless water heaters and modern plumbing technologiesBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceOngoing training and advancement opportunities
