Plumbing Customer Care Specialist - DispatcherPanther Brands is currently hiring for a full-time Plumbing Customer Care Specialist - Dispatcher to join our company in the Austell, GA area. Each day, you arrive at work ready to complete a variety of important tasks, including answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching our technicians. After a technician is dispatched, you communicate estimated arrival times and any potential delays to our customers. You also reschedule any appointments when necessary.
