As a Field Plumbing Lead, you will spearhead onsite operations for large-scale, vertically stacked residential and hospitality developments. You will drive project success by ensuring high-quality plumbing installations, managing subcontractor performance, and maintaining rigorous adherence to construction timelines.

As a Field Plumbing Lead, you will spearhead onsite operations for large-scale, vertically stacked residential and hospitality developments. You will drive project success by ensuring high-quality plumbing installations, managing subcontractor performance, and maintaining rigorous adherence to construction timelines.
Responsibilities
Direct daily plumbing field activities for high-density, multi-story construction projects.
Supervise and mentor subcontractor teams to maximize onsite productivity and workflow efficiency.
Guarantee that all plumbing systems are installed in strict compliance with project blueprints and jurisdictional building codes.
Optimize resource allocation by managing onsite material inventory and logistics.
Facilitate project inspections and serve as the primary point of contact for local building officials.
Oversee the full lifecycle of plumbing installations, from initial underground layout to final trim-out.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
Cultivate a culture of safety, cleanliness, and professional excellence across the jobsite.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Extensive expertise in plumbing systems for multi-story, stacked residential or hotel structures.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale plumbing construction.
Demonstrated success managing plumbing phases for projects exceeding 200 units.
Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex multifamily construction plans and technical specifications.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and deadline management.
Preferred Skills
Technical proficiency with Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station software.
Current OSHA 30 certification.
Active state plumbing licensure.
