Join Our Team as a Plumbing ForemanAre you an experienced plumber ready to take the lead on projects and drive results in the field? We're looking for a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient execution across a variety of job sites throughout the state.This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results while keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.What You'll DoAs a Plumbing Foreman, you'll lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.Your responsibilities will include:Lead, manage, and hold field staff accountable on assigned projectsReview blueprints, BIM models, schedules, and specifications to plan and execute workDelegate tasks and oversee daily operations to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to timelinesSupervise plumbing installations including piping systems, fixtures, boilers, and drainage systemsEnsure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and company standards, including PPE requirementsCoordinate with general contractors, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and project alignmentManage project documentation in Procore, including logs, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout materialsCoordinate materials, purchase orders, deliveries, and backorders to keep projects on trackTrack progress and provide regular updates, including scheduling needs and project status reportsProvide daily guidance, training, and direction to journeymen, mechanics, and apprenticesDocument materials usage, equipment, and any issues encountered, and support project closeout including as-builts and owner trainingsWhy Join Us?We offer the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work alongside a strong and collaborative team, and grow your career with a company that values leadership, craftsmanship, and accountability.
