What You’ll Do
Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems
Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, equipment, and controls
Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
Assemble and install valves and fittings
Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
Install, repair, and maintain underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems
Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
Apply all applicable codes to installations, repairs, and maintenanceEnsure manufacturer requirements are met
Ensure installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
Ensure work meets applicable code and environmental protection requirements
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of plumbing installation experience
Demonstrated success in presenting and selling services directly to homeowners
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record review
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to regularly lift and move 10–50 pounds and occasionally 100+ pounds
Ability to document service performed and recommendations made
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
